Rates & Policies

Many extended health group insurance plans cover psychotherapy as part of your extended health and dental benefits. I encourage you to speak with your insurance provider about counselling services provided by a Registered Social Worker (RSW) to determine your eligibility.

Invoices and receipts for submission to your insurance provider are provided.

Please contact Julie for information regarding fees by phone or email.  Sessions are 50 minutes or 110 minutes.

Payment for services are accepted by way of cash, cheque or email money transfer.  Payment is due at the time of the session.  All sessions are set up online through a platform called Jane.  I will send you the link and you can book sessions, cancel and add your name to a waitlist if necessary.  If you are booking on behalf  of someone else the session is to be prepaid in advance by etransfer.

If you have text ended health benefits you may wish to check with your provider to see if you have coverage for Registered Social Worker sessions.  I provide a receipt that you can use for insurance or tax purposes.

Please note that at least 24 hours notice for appointment cancellation is required or you may be charged for the missed session.
